MDA'S DALLAS LEGAL LEADERS: THE HOT HUNDRED WHO CARE

Russell Roden is among one-hundred Dallas attorneys selected by their peers, who collectively accepted the invitation to underwrite Muscular Dystrophy Association's Summer Camp program at Camp John Marc. Each of the "Hot Hundred Who Care" committed to donate or raise at least $1,000 for a combined minimum of $100,000 to help fund the MDA Summer Camp Program. Each year, the MDA sends one-hundred local children to Camp John Marc in Meridian, Texas. The focus at camp is on abilities, not disabilities, and all costs are incurred MDA. Campers will tell you the real benefits come in a much subtler form -- lifetime friendships, improved self-esteem and confidence, and the chance to spend at least one week a year in a place where physical disabilities are the rule, rather than the exception.
